Trent Alexander- Arnold & goalscorer Divok Origi hailed the belief of their side as Liverpool kept their title dreams alive with a late 3-2 win over Newcastle. 

Speaking after the game Alexander- Arnold who registered two assists in the game talked up the spirit of the side to bounce back from a tough result. 

"It was tough to get back twice in the game, but we had to make the statement to have that mentality to bounce back especially from such a result midweek."

"The spirit was always there and we knew that we would get chances near the end and have people like Divok to score them."

Whilst Origi dedicated his goal to Liverpool attacker Mohamed Salah who was stretchered off with a head injury in the second half.  "I am happy for the team, It's important for us we work so hard and it's a crucial part of the season. Also for Mo who came out, we felt that we had to fight for the three points."
