Roma Sign Bruno Peres From Torino
Bruno Peres has left Torino for Roma after two years in Turin, completing a one-year loan deal with a view to a permanent move.
Roma have completed the signing of Bruno Peres from Torino on a one-year loan deal for an initial outlay of €1 million with an obligation to make the move permanent for a fee of €12.5m, depending on the completion of certain performance targets.
The transfer fee could rise with up to €1.5m depending on certain variables.
"I'm absolutely delighted to start this new challenge," the right-back told the official Roma website.
"I can't wait to meet my new team-mates and show the coach what I can do.
"In the meantime, I'll cheer the guys on from my living room Wednesday night [against Porto]. Forza Roma!"
The 26-year-old came through the ranks of the Audax Sao Paulo youth academy and also played for Bragantino, Guarani and Santos before joining Torino in 2014.
Peres netted six goals in 65 Serie A appearances for Torino over the past two seasons.
