One of the most emotional moments in the MLS was captured during the singing of the U.S. national anthem at the match between New York Red Bulls and Inter Miami.

The touching moment occurred during the national anthem ceremony, before the players' greeting, where on a rainy day, the New York Red Bulls players took off their jackets to shield the children accompanying them from the rain during the ceremony.
During that moment, you could see the children excited, happy, and somehow surprised by the players' unexpected grand gesture towards them. That's football too.
Furthermore, it was a gesture that probably helped motivate the players, as New York Red Bulls won the match with a comfortable 4-0 scoreline against Inter Miami, who continue to struggle on the field when their captain, Leo Messi, is not present.
