A new era has arrived in Ligue 1 as the French league will see a logo change for the 2024/25 season, marking a new era for French football.
The new logo features a fusion of the letter "L" from "Ligue" and the "1" representing the French top division. This is the fifth logo change for Ligue 1, with the last one occurring in 2020.
It's worth noting that the French top-flight adopted the format and name of Ligue 1 in 2002. Before that, the league was known as "Division 1."
The competition's social media channels announced this new logo change with great excitement. The official debut of the new emblem will be on August 16, 2024.
