Joao Félix One Goal Away from His Best Figures with Atlético
The Barcelona forward, Joao Félix, has already accumulated 9 goals and 6 assists. His latest assist was in the victory against Las Palmas in LaLiga, and he is nearing his best records with Atlético Madrid, with at least ten games left to play with the Blaugrana.
With the assist to Raphinha against Las Palmas, he now has six for the season, surpassing the five he achieved with Atlético in the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons. Additionally, he is just one goal away from matching his best scoring record with "Atleti", where Félix scored 10 goals in the 20-21 and 21-22 seasons, playing 40 and 35 games, respectively.
Although his numbers with Barcelona (9 goals in 35 games) don't match those of Benfica in the 2018-2019 season, when he scored 20 goals and provided 11 assists, this remains his best year as a professional to date.
