"I have no vices. I don't drink alcoholic beverages, I don't smoke, I eat very well, I sleep well. I have my family, which is my greatest security. I think those are important factors," were the words that the former Brazilian footballer declared in 2016 and that would reveal the secret to having a long and successful career.
Zé Roberto explained that the "maintenance of his body" focused on physical conditioning, recovery, and nutrition.
"I understood that my body is a machine and needs maintenance; age was just a number for me," said the former footballer, who at 49 years old has an enviable physique.
