Deschamps Confident That Mbappé Will Succeed at Real Madrid
The French national football coach, Didier Deschamps, is confident that Kylian Mbappé, the star of “Les Bleus,” will find his scoring form again with his new team, Real Madrid.
"He has always scored goals and will continue to do so," Deschamps stated at the press conference where he announced the squad for the Nations League matches against Italy and Belgium, with Mbappé included.
Although Mbappé scored in his first official match with the Madrid team in the UEFA Super Cup final against Atalanta, he has yet to find the net in the first two games of La Liga.
Deschamps noted that the French star needs to integrate with his new teammates, "and even though they are great players, it's essential to learn new routines."
He emphasized that Mbappé also needs to adapt to a new club and its organization. However, he assured that he has seen Mbappé "in good shape" and that the player "has everything" to succeed at Real Madrid.
