The Spanish national team tops earnings from sporting results in the Euro 2024 group stage, accumulating €13.75 million (approximately $15.5 million USD). This includes participation, three victories in the tournament's group stage, and qualification for the round of 16. Germany follows closely with €13.25 million (approximately $14.9 million USD).
According to UEFA's prize distribution, totaling €331 million (approximately $372 million USD) among competitors, Spain has already earned €9.25 million (approximately $10.4 million USD) for qualifying for the final phase, €3 million (approximately $3.4 million USD) for their three group stage wins (€1 million per win), and €1.5 million (approximately $1.7 million USD) for advancing to the round of 16.
Thus far, Spain's total of €13.75 million (approximately $15.5 million USD) surpasses all other 23 Euro 2024 teams. The eventual winner could earn up to €28.25 million (approximately $31.8 million USD) if they win all group stage matches. Further rewards await teams progressing in the tournament:
- Each quarterfinalist will receive an additional €2.5 million (approximately $2.8 million USD).
- Semifinalists will earn an extra €4 million (approximately $4.5 million USD).
