Wednesday, September 18:

- 5:00 PM (11 AM ET): Departure on charter flight AEA937 to Nice.

- 6:10 PM (12:10 PM ET): Arrival at Nice airport and transfer by coach to Hotel The Maybourne Riviera.

Friday, September 20:

- 10:25 AM (4:25 AM ET): Departure on charter flight AEA938 back to Barcelona.

- 11:35 AM (5:35 AM ET): Arrival at Barcelona airport and transfer to the Ciudad Deportiva.
