In a thrilling match of Turkish Super League’s 10th round, Galatasaray defeated Besiktas 2-1 in a game highlighted by the home team’s second goal, scored by their Nigerian star, Victor Osimhen.

The African striker, Victor Osimhen, netted the second goal in the 67th minute on Monday. His header was unstoppable for goalkeeper Destanoglu, who couldn’t prevent the goal that nearly sealed the win for Galatasaray.

This was Osimhen's fourth goal, adding to his two assists in the league and another in the Europa League.

Before this, Davinson Sánchez opened the scoring in the 13th minute, while Besiktas pulled one back with a late goal by Ernest Muçi at 90+4’. With this result, Galatasaray remains at the top with 28 points, three consecutive league wins (four in total), and an undefeated record of nine wins in 10 matches. Meanwhile, Besiktas sits in fourth place with 20 points.
