More Problems For Manchester City
Rúben Dias, Manchester City’s central defender, will be out for three to four weeks due to a muscular problem.
The Portuguese defender got injured in the 75th minute of the defeat against Manchester United last Sunday but decided to continue playing.
"He will be out for three or four weeks. It was a muscle problem; at the 75th minute, he felt something. He is very strong and stayed on the field, but now he is injured," said Pep Guardiola during a press conference this Friday.
This is not Dias's first injury this season, as he previously missed six matches due to a calf injury.
His absence adds to those of Rodrigo Hernández, Nathan Aké, and Oscar Bobb. Meanwhile, Manuel Akanji, who has not played since early December, could return this weekend after participating in the last two training sessions with the 'Sky Blues'.
