How Long Will Liverpool's Alisson Becker Be Out Injured?
The Brazilian goalkeeper of Liverpool was injured in the last Premier League match against Palace, and recent tests revealed the extent of the injury.
Alisson Becker, the Liverpool goalkeeper, will be sidelined due to a hamstring injury until after the next international break in November.
The Brazilian had to leave Liverpool's last Premier League match against Crystal Palace due to injury, and recent tests have confirmed a hamstring issue that will keep him out of action for the next six weeks until the break, which runs from November 11 to 19.
During this period, Alisson will miss matches against Chelsea, Arsenal, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Aston Villa in the Premier League, as well as two Champions League fixtures against RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen.
This season, Alisson has already missed one Premier League match against Bournemouth due to a muscle injury and was also unavailable for the League Cup match against West Ham United because of the same issue, with Caoimhín Kelleher starting in that competition.
The Irish goalkeeper has played two matches this season, conceding one goal. In the game against Crystal Palace, Alisson was replaced by Vítězslav Jaroš, who made his debut for the Reds because Kelleher was out sick.
