Reims secures their first victory by beating Rennes 2-1 and moves into tenth place in Ligue 1 after the third round. The goals were scored by Junya Ito and Oumar Diakité for the hosts, while Leo Skiri scored for the visitors.

The first half was thrilling, with an early goal by Skiri in the 13th minute that put the hosts on the back foot. However, they managed to overcome the adversity and equalized just before halftime with a powerful header from Ito in the 41st minute, giving his team a boost.

At the start of the second half, Oumar Diakité scored the goal that gave Reims the lead with another strong header that surprised everyone in the 48th minute, securing a golden victory for Reims, their first of the season and marking a new direction in their campaign.
