FC Barcelona faces Athletic Club in the Spanish Super Cup semifinal wearing their third kit of the season, which features a unique design with the Nike logo placed vertically on a predominantly green uniform.

The Inverted Nike Swoosh

While it’s not the first time we’ve seen this kit, FC Barcelona doesn't wear it often. To date, it has been used only three times, all in LaLiga: against Osasuna, Alavés, and Mallorca.

The reasoning behind the vertical Nike logo design dates back to the launch of the third kit on September 17. In the club's statement, they explained that the double vertical Blaugrana swoosh symbolizes "the acceleration of women's football, an area in which Barça is one of the leading global representatives."
