Sergio Ramos has informed Sevilla that he will not continue with the Andalusian club next season, after playing 37 matches since his return to the club, totaling 3,301 minutes and scoring 7 goals, the club announced on Monday.
The central defender returned to Sevilla last summer, where he began his career before stints at Real Madrid for sixteen seasons and Paris Saint-Germain for two years.
Sevilla has expressed gratitude for "Sergio Ramos' commitment, leadership, and utmost dedication shown this season, wishing him the best of luck in his next professional challenge."
Sergio Ramos will bid farewell publicly on Tuesday in the press room at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium, accompanied by Sevilla president José María del Nido Carrasco.
