Jules Kounde Falls Victim to a Robbery While Playing with FC Barcelona
Last night, burglars broke into the home of FC Barcelona player Jules Koundé while he was still at the Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium after playing the match against Villarreal. According to RAC1, the break-in at Koundé's residence occurred around 9:30 PM, after the match had already concluded, with Barcelona losing 3-5.
Sources from the Mossos (Catalan police) have confirmed to EFE that a burglary took place at a house in Sitges (Barcelona), the town where the French footballer lives. The incident happened when no one was home, and the authorities are currently investigating the matter.
The police are now waiting for the victim to provide details about the money or valuables that may have been stolen from the house. Interestingly, this isn't the first time Koundé's home has been targeted during a match; back in April, burglars entered his residence while a Barça-Betis game was underway at Camp Nou.
