Carlo Ancelotti, the Italian coach of Real Madrid, is set to reach 300 games in charge of the team across his two spells when they face Alavés. At 65, he’s still pumped to keep going for "many more years" and doesn’t feel like there's an expiration date on his career.

“I don’t have an end date, nobody does. As long as I enjoy doing this job, that’s all that matters. You can’t really compare my fatigue to that of the players. Mine is more mental, and honestly, I’m not feeling it at all. Sure, there’s pressure and responsibility, but I love it. The players, on the other hand, deal with physical exhaustion, which is the real issue. For now, there’s no expiration date for me. I’d love to stay here for many years,” he admitted.

Ancelotti highlighted that there are two clubs that have really shaped his career—Milan and Real Madrid—and emphasized how tough it is to hit 300 games as a coach at such a demanding club.
