Brahim on Real Madrid: "We Can Do More Because We Are an Incredible Team"
Brahim valued the big win against a team like Osasuna, who had been a standout in LaLiga until their visit to Santiago Bernabéu.
Brahim Díaz highlighted Real Madrid's response in their 4-0 win over Osasuna, emphasizing the team's "hard work" and "effort" that allowed their "talent" to shine in a game he described as a starting point for an "incredible team" to keep growing.
"We won convincingly. We played a complete game, especially with hard work, effort, and supporting each other. Then the quality and talent we have come out. I’m very happy for a much-needed victory. Real Madrid always has to win, especially after two consecutive defeats. In the end, the talent always shows," he analyzed on the club’s television channel.
"Against a great rival that’s having an excellent season, we were eager to play this game in front of our fans, who deserved a victory and to smile again. We gave it our all on the field, played as we should, and showed a good level. We can do more because we are an incredible team," he commented.
"After a month and a half, almost two, without playing, it’s a pleasure to be back at the stadium giving my best, setting up Vini’s third goal when he wanted a hat-trick. I could have taken the shot too, but I’m as unselfish as all my teammates. That’s the greatness of this team and this club," he added.
Finally, he sent a message of support to all those affected by the storm in the Comunidad Valenciana, as well as to his teammates Rodrygo Goes, Éder Militao, and Lucas Vázquez, who were injured on Saturday.
"Honestly, I don’t want to talk about it because it hurts to see my teammates cry, and it breaks my heart. I’m coming off a long injury, and it seems some of these may be more serious than usual. I hope it’s nothing major and they recover soon."
