Madrid’s streak included 24 wins and 8 draws, a run they continued this season with 7 wins and 3 draws until Barcelona broke their spell at the Bernabéu.

This league loss for Madrid comes 398 days after their last domestic defeat, marking their second loss this season after a Champions League setback against Lille. Just two months into the season, Madrid has already matched last year’s loss tally.
