Coscu Donates 500,000 Pesos to Help Racing Fans Attend The Copa Sudamericana Final
A noble gesture marked the lead-up to the Copa Sudamericana final, which will take place this Saturday in Asunción, Paraguay. Coscu, the renowned Argentine streamer, demonstrated his generosity by donating over 500,000 pesos to help a group of Racing fans who were scammed by a transportation company.
The incident occurred when a bus hired to transport fans to the final left them stranded just hours before their trip. Despite the setback, the fans managed to find an alternative way to travel but needed financial support to cover the additional costs. That’s when Coscu stepped in selflessly to ensure these supporters could cheer for their team during this important event.
The final will be held at the General Pablo Rojas Stadium, known as "La Nueva Olla," where Racing will face Brazilian side Cruzeiro. Both teams are aiming to lift the Copa Sudamericana trophy for the first time in a match that promises excitement and will draw thousands of fans.
Meanwhile, Asunción is experiencing an economic boom thanks to the arrival of over 60,000 fans expected in the city. Hotel occupancy has reached 100%, and local authorities estimate an economic impact of $50 million. Visitors, in addition to enjoying football, will have access to cultural and gastronomic activities along the Costanera de Asunción and other designated areas.
With this support and the enthusiasm of their fans, Racing will look to write a new chapter in their history, while Coscu's gesture remains a shining example of solidarity that goes beyond football.
