Libertad came back to beat Nacional at home in the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores with a 2-1 score. Óscar Cardozo and Alejandro Silva scored for the Paraguayan side, while Franco Romero netted one for the Uruguayans.

With this result, Nacional moves on to the next phase of the Libertadores as the second place in Group H with ten points. Meanwhile, Libertad, finishing third, heads to the Copa Sudamericana.
