Spanish international Dani Olmo bid farewell to RB Leipzig, after completing his move to Barcelona, with a heartfelt message on Instagram, expressing his gratitude for his time at the German club.
“Thank you for allowing me to be part of RB Leipzig. I will always carry you in my heart,” the player wrote.
“A young club, a young player, we grew together, won our first titles, and made history together,” he added.
Olmo specifically mentioned the two DFB Pokal titles and the Supercup that he will always cherish.
Dani Olmo signed a contract with Barcelona until June 30, 2030, with reports suggesting the Catalan club paid Leipzig $60 million.
The Spanish player joined Leipzig in 2020, and his contract was set to run until June 2027.
