Toni Kroos Does Not Rule Out Returning To Real Madrid
Toni Kroos, who retired as a professional player last June after a decade of success at Real Madrid, has left the door open to returning to the club in the future in a different role. Although he has reiterated that he has no intention of coming out of retirement, the German maintains a very special bond with the Madrid-based institution.
In his recent appearance on the podcast "Einfach mal Luppen", Kroos expressed his affection for the club: “Real Madrid will always mean a lot to me. My time there was long, successful, and full of love. I will always defend Real and remain close to it; that relationship will not change.”
The former midfielder, a multiple-title winner with the team, stated that while he is currently focused on other personal projects, he does not rule out the possibility of being involved with the club at some point: “I don’t know in what role or if the club would consider it possible, but I would never say no to returning in some capacity.”
Despite his closeness to the institution, Kroos made it clear that he has no immediate plans to publicly engage with the club’s environment. However, his openness to a future role at Real Madrid keeps alive the connection with the fans who watched him shine during an unforgettable decade.
