What We Know About Michael Schumacher's Reappearance After Over 10 Years
There is much anticipation after reports leaked that Michael Schumacher made his first public appearance since his 2013 accident, where he suffered a severe traumatic brain injury that led to a prolonged and discreet recovery.
Where Did Michael Schumacher Appear After More Than a Decade?
According to reports from German media, the seven-time Formula 1 champion is said to have attended his daughter Gina-Maria’s wedding in Mallorca. The event, held under strict security, included the confiscation of mobile phones to prevent any image leaks, further increasing speculation about the former driver’s presence.
Michael Schumacher Could Reappear Again at This Event
Another wedding might be on the horizon for the former driver, after he was reportedly present at his daughter’s wedding. Michael could also have the chance to see his son Mick tie the knot, following a social media hint from Mick’s 25-year-old girlfriend.
Model Laila Hasanovic posted a photo on Instagram that appeared to show a diamond engagement ring on her finger, with the caption: "So the game is over." So far, no engagement has been confirmed, and Mick has not been active on social media since his girlfriend's post.

What Happened to Michael Schumacher?
Michael Schumacher had a serious skiing accident on December 29, 2013, while skiing in the French Alps. During the accident, Schumacher fell and hit his head on a rock, causing severe traumatic brain injury despite wearing a helmet. He was immediately airlifted to the hospital and underwent several emergency surgeries to relieve pressure on his brain.
Schumacher was kept in a medically induced coma for several months to stabilize his condition. After emerging from the coma, he was moved to his home in Switzerland in September 2014, where he has continued his recovery in private. Since then, his family has kept his health status strictly confidential, and it is known only that he is receiving intensive care, although the extent of his cognitive and motor abilities remains unknown.
Who Can Visit the Former Ferrari Driver?
The circle of people allowed to visit Michael Schumacher is extremely limited and strictly controlled by his family, particularly his wife, Corinna Schumacher. Since his 2013 accident, the family has maintained a high level of privacy regarding his health, and only a few close friends and family members have access to him.
Some of the known people who have been able to visit him include:

- Close family members: Including his wife Corinna and his children, Gina-Maria and Mick Schumacher, who have been instrumental in his care and recovery.
Beyond this small group, access to Schumacher remains highly restricted. The family has made a conscious effort to protect his privacy and avoid public disclosure of details about his health.
