In another edition of Mundo Boxing, the main event of this edition brought us the showdown between two big stars of the brand, two young guns with a bright future in the world of boxing: Alexis Angulo vs Oscar Riojas.

Colombian fighter Alexis Angulo, with a record of 27-3-0, stepped up to light heavyweight to throw down at the Tropical Park Equestrian Center in Miami against Mexico-American Oscar Riojas, with a record of 29-17-3.

Angulo's last fight was back in June 2022, where he took a unanimous decision loss, while Riojas is coming off a win after taking down Félix Rojas by TKO.

Angulo was in control from start to finish in the ring, backing Riojas against the ropes multiple times, leaving the Mexico-American fighter struggling to find a way past Angulo's defense. Even though the fight went the distance and to the scorecards, Angulo claimed the victory unanimously as the judges' decision.
