Love attempted a pass as the clock was winding down when he was hit by two Eagles defenders, bringing him down. He remained on the field in visible pain while being treated by the team's medical staff and was unable to return to the game.

Malik Willis, who joined the Packers in August, replaced Love for the final two plays, ending with an incomplete pass and a quarterback sack.

Love finished the game completing 17 of 34 passes for 260 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the loss.
