Latvia 0 Wales 2 - Highlights
Wales kept their Euro 2024 Qualification hopes alive with a 2-0 win away in Latvia.
Aaron Ramsey scored from the penalty spot and a second half stoppage time goal from David Brooks was enough to hand Wales a priceless win away at Latvia to keep their hopes of Euro 2024 qualification alive.
Harry Wilson won the penalty, which was comfortably dispatched by the Welsh captain Ramsey. Wales pulled out of reach at the death with substitute David Brooks providing a delightful clipped finish, his first international goal since returning from cancer.
The result leaves Wales in fourth place in Group D, on the same points as third placed Armenia and three points behind group leaders Croatia. The defeat for Latvia means that they can no longer qualify for the tournament in Germany.
