Denmark secured an important three points in their quest to reach Euro 2024 with a 3-1 home win against Kazakhstan.

The Danes opened the scoring with 36 minutes on the clock as Jonas Wind found the back of the net with a composed finish. In first-half stoppage time Denmark quickly doubled their advantage. Manchester United star Rasmus Højlund showed his quality by picking out Robert Skov. The Hoffeinheim striker made no mistake.

Skov grabbed his second moments after the restart to put Denmark 3-0 up, this time with a fine assist from Manchester United man Christian Eriksen. Yan Vorogovskiy grabbed a consolation for the visitors, but it proved to be too late for Kazakhstan.
