Mo Salah provided two assists as Liverpool secured a priceless 3-1 win on the road against Wolves.
The hosts made a dream start on the seventh minute as Pedro Neto sprinted down the right wing and put in a perfect ball at the feet of Hwang Hee-chan. The South Korean made no misake and handed Wolves the lead with his first touch of the game.
Matheus Cunha had a great chance to double the advantage for Wolves, but the Brazilian fluffed his lines with a poor header. Into the second half and Liverpool quickly found their feet and found parity though Coady Gakpo. Mo Salah provided the assist and the Dutch international made no mistake from close range.
Salah provided his second assist of the day to punch Liverpool into the lead, combining with Andy Robertson for the goal. Robertson showed plenty of composure to slot past Wolves keeper Jose Sa. Liverpool put the game out of reach in stoppage time. Substitute Harvey Elliot struck from just inside the box, but a cruel ricochet off defender Hugo Bueno crept into the goal to hand Liverpool the victory and allow them to temporally move to the top of the Premier League table.
