Roma fans mildly placated after comeback win
Roma was forced to come from behind against lowly Venezia to secure all three points with a 2-1 win, handing new coach Ivan Juric a second straight Serie A victory since taking over from Daniele De Rossi.
The home fans, though, remain angry at the board of directors after a difficult start to the season, and undertook a deliberate silence for the opening 15 minutes.
Goals by Bryan Cristante and a late effort from Niccolo Pisilli calmed the support a little after Venezia had led at the break, causing boos to ring out around Stadio Olimpico.
Roma moved up to ninth on the Serie A standings, while Venezia remains in the bottom three in 18th position.
