Lazio's troubles mount after draw with Como
Having lost in the Rome derby less than a week ago, Lazio's 125th anniversary celebrations were ruined by Como as it stole a point from a 1-1 draw in Serie A after Lazio was reduced to 10 men for more than half an hour.
Patrick Cutrone earned his hometown team Como a point at Stadio Olimpico when he bundled home Gabriel Strefezza's cross in the 72nd minute, 14 minutes after Lazio forward Loum Tchaouna had been shown a second yellow card and subsequent red in a matter of seconds for a challenge on Alberto Moreno.
The draw moved Como up to 15th on the table and two points above the relegation zone.
Fourth-placed Lazio went ahead on 34 minutes through Boulaye Dia to help kickstart the club's foundation as a multi-sport club on 9 January, 1900.
But the party was well and truly spoiled by another disappointing result that leaves the capital club in fourth spot on the table on 236 points, but having played more games than all the other teams in the top six, notably the three above it.
