Lazio fails to break 10-man Udinese
After the euphoria of a first-up win last week in Serie A, Lazio was brought crashing back to earth after failing to break down a stubborn 10-man Udinese and losing 2-1.
Lorenzo Lucca had the hosts in front after just five minutes and Florian Thauvin added a second four minutes after the break as Lazio failed to switch on at crucial times.
The dismissal of Hassane Kamara gave the visitors some hope with 20 minutes remaining, but they were only good enough to grab a late consolation when Gustav Isaksen netted five minutes into stoppage-time.
