Watford comes back to take point against Coventry
Watford went behind inside five minutes of its match against Coventry City at Vicarage Road, but the host fought back to earn a point.
The result maintains the Hornets' place in the EFL Championship's top six – they sit fifth with 10 points on the early standings, just three points from West Bromwich Albion in top spot.
Coventry went ahead from a corner in the fouth minute, Ellis Simms rising highest to glance a header in off the frame of the goal.
It would stay 1-0 until the break, but Watford emerged with renewed vigour for the second half and levelled when Tom Dele-Bashiru tapped in after wonderful work from Giorgi Chakvetadze, who provided the assist after a superb run down the left wing.
Chakvetadze, though, was taken off on a stretcher later in the game because of serious back spasms, forcing a long delay that meant 13 minutes of time was added to the regulation 90.
But it wasn't enough for Coventry to find a winner and the two sides shared a point apiece.
