Goal-machine Guirassy breaks Lewandowski scoring record
Serhou Guirassy extended his spectacular, record-breaking form with a hat-trick that helped VfB Stuttgart come from behind to beat Wolfsburg 3-1 and go top of the Bundesliga.
Trailing to Yannick Gerhardt's first-half goal, the hosts turned things around after the break with Guirassy grabbing three goals in 15 second-half minutes to take his tally to 13 goals after the opening seven games.
That tally sets a new Bundesliga record, the previous mark being held by Robert Lewandowski, who left Bayern Munich for Barcelona at the end of last season.
