Real Madrid's youth side got the win over Legia, but the 18 year-old keeper grabbed headlines for all the wrong reasons when his shocking blunder gifted Legia a goal.
The youth side was on track for a commanding victory before Zidane's howler in the last play of the game denied Los Blancos a clean sheet.
Zidane went to deal with a speculative shot from distance but the strike bounced off his gloves and trickled into the back of the net, much to his embarrassment.
Things didn't go much better for his dad, as Real Madrid was held to a 3-3 draw against Legia Warsaw in the UEFA Champions League on Thursday (AEDT).
Luca's older brother Enzo currently captains Real Madrid's reserve team.
